Joanna Gabrielle originally hails from the Bay Area but was raised in Alexandria, VA. It was there that she grew up watching touring musicals in Washington D.C. before eventually falling in love with a certain masked phantom of a French opera house...and performing altogether.

 

Joanna trained in all vocal styles and appeared in various musical theatre roles from Belle in Beauty and the Beast to Cinderella in Into the Woods. When she was 15, she traveled to Nashville and began professionally writing and recording her own music alongside music producer, Shannon McArthur.

 

Today, she is based in New York City where she is furthering her musical endeavors at New York University Steinhardt pursuing a Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance. She is also signed onto Stewart Talent's commercial and print modeling division. She is passionate about storytelling, acting, and writing and can usually be found journaling in her overpriced notebook at various NYC cafes.
